Qi Gong


Qi-means energy,air. Gong-means exercise.

There are many varities of Qi Gong, but all have the energy focusing practice.Whole Health Qi Gong was created by Dr. Jeannie Yu, who based it off of the practices of Professor Gao from Beijing. It combines Eastern and Western medicine backgrounds into one exercise, which will address from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet.

Whole Health Qi Gong will be taught in the classes. This is a very gentle, easy class, available for everyone, including those with handicaps. It is practiced in both a laying down and/or sitting position.
